I'm a faithful lable reader and really can not believe the stuff we eat and put in our bodies. I'm not perfect by any means but have made a promise to myself and my family to feed them a new and improved daily diet of clean foods. They may resist at times and may even wonder WHATS THAT? but in the long run I hope they thank me. You may ask what is Clean foods? (Also known as Eating clean). It is a way of choosing and preparing your foods in the cleanest most natural form you can and eliminating over processed foods. On a regular basis I plan on posting a Clean Eating recipe and maybe a tid bit of information I can find on the subject. So hang with me and maybe we can all learn a thing or to to keep us living a healthy lifestyle.
